The assault is alleged to have happened at Waterloo Station
A 64-year-old Eltham man has been charged with raping a 23-year-old man at Waterloo Station.
Anthony Rowsell, of Green Lane, was arrested three days after the assault, which is alleged to have happened on Wednesday, October 25.
Rowsell was remanded in custody after appearing at Westminster Magistrates’ Court yesterday (November 2) and will next appear at Blackfriars Crown Court on Wednesday, November 29.
