A school in Forest Hill have revamped their reception area with 3D portraits of characters from children's classic Alice in Wonderland.
Dalmain Primary School in Brockley Rise brought in art-in-education specialists The Arty Party to work alongside its pupils.
Together they created spectacular wicker, wire and papier-mâché sculptures of much-loved characters the Mad Hatter, the White Rabbit and the Cheshire Cat.
Alongside this project, the children also had drama sessions and created writing and paintings based on what they learned in assemblies.
Dalmain head teacher Elizabeth Booth said: "Together with the art work, this represents a fantastic combination of approaches to the topic, ensuring, it has maximum impact."
