GHOULS and goblins will be taking over a church on Halloween for a fancy dress charity disco.
St Mary's Church in College Road, Bromley, is hosting the Monster Mash for pupils of nearby Parish Primary School and their families from 6pm to 8.30pm on October 31.
The disco is organised by Simon Thompson and Rob Martil, members of the school’s PTA fundraising committee, and will raise funds for charities Cancer Research and Wateraid.
Money from the disco will also go towards the Starfish Malawi Project, the Parish Primary’s programme for supporting a school in Malawi in Africa.
Mr Thompson, aged 38, said: “Rob and I are both in training for the Virgin London Marathon 2011 and have set our goals on generating as much money as possible for our respective charities.”
