Reindeer, elves and Santa showed up to Thamesmead for the towns own Christmas festival.
The Thamesmead Christmas Sparkle, held on December 8, had real live reindeer to see and help feed, as well as a large variety of other activities.
Held at the Thamesmead Clocktower, this is the final free Christmas event run by the council.
These included musical performances from Jerusha Frimpong and the Bishop John Robinson School Choir for people to listen to.
Other activities included ice carving, craft events, fairground rides, and a number of festive gifts from local retailers so people could get their Christmas shopping in.
