A SHOP in Gravesend is being investigated for alleged fraud in relation to a winning lottery ticket on May 31.
Kent Police said it is working with National Lottery operator Camelot and the sale of tickets from the shop has been suspended.
Camelot’s UK head of media relations Rob Dwight said: “I can confirm that Camelot has suspended a National Lottery retailer in Gravesend, pending an internal investigation.
"Given this matter has now been referred to Kent Police, it would be inappropriate for us to comment further at this stage.”
