PUBS and restaurants are being invited to enter the Bexley in Bloom competition.
Entrants for the Best Public House and Restaurant category are encouraged to be patriotic when planning their colourful garden designs to help raise the profile of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.
There will be an additional five marks for people who go the extra mile by brightening up their establishments with colourful red, white and blue displays.
Judging will take place between July 30 and August 10 with winners invited to an award ceremony in October.
Entry forms are available from Hall Place Nursery, Danson Park playground kiosk, Bexley’s libraries, Ruxley Manor Garden Centre, Council offices or online by logging on to bexley.gov.uk/bexleyinbloom
