OFFICERS are investigating after a man was pushed through a hairdressers window in a seemingly unprovoked attack.
The 20-year-old was walking along Station Approach, Hayes, with his girlfriend at about 2.20pm yesterday (March 18) when he was approached by a black youth.
This youth asked him what he was looking at before pushing him through the window of Master Cutters and running off towards the train station.
Emergency services were called to the scene and the victim was taken to the Princess Royal University Hospital, Farnborough, suffering from cuts to his hands and forearms which needed stitches.
The suspect is described as being a light skinned black man, aged between 18 and 20 and wearing a green bodywarmer style jacket.
Anyone with any information about what happened is asked to call the police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
