A DRIVER had to be cut out of his car this morning after it hit three parked vehicles in Chislehurst.

Firefighters were called to the scene in Green Lane at around 5.20am and spent around 30 minutes cutting the roof off the Toyota Celica to free the 25-year-old motorist.

He was then taken to Kings College Hospital suffering from neck, chest and arm injuries.

The parked vehicles involved were a Suzuki Swift, a Renault Megane and a Volkswagen Caddy.

Police are investigating the cause of the accident.

There have been no arrests.
