A WOMAN and a baby needed rescuing after becoming trapped in a lift at Bluewater shopping centre last night (January 31).
The pair were said to have been in the lift in the Marks & Spencer store for at least an hour while lift engineers tried to free them.
Firefighters were called in at about 7.50pm to help out and used specialist equipment to force the doors open.
It took them around 30 minutes to free the pair.
