SLIMMING consultants from Bexley have scored a big 10 out of 10 from comedian Jason Manford at an awards ceremony.
The team, who run weekly Slimming World groups in the borough, was congratulated for their work by the funnyman, who used to be on TV show 8 Out of 10 Cats.
They were joined by consultants from across the country at the event in Birmingham, who work to help people lose weight and lead healthier lives.
Consultant June Cane said: “At this time of year lots of people will be making New Year’s resolutions and pledging to lose weight, and we’d love anyone who wants to make a change to come along and join us.”
Jason said: “I know keeping weight in control is a challenge for a lot of us these days but I think the people of Bexley are very lucky to have such great support networks on their doorstep.”
