Man rescued from flat fire in Erith
FIREFIGHTERS have rescued a man from a flat fire in Erith this morning.
The London Fire Brigade was called at 10.08am to reports of a fire at a four-room flat in Stiles Close.
Four fire engines and 20 firefighters attended the scene.
Crews used ladders to rescue a man from the first floor.
The fire was under control by 10.29am.
There was 20 per cent damage to the first floor flat.
