DO you recognise anyone in this picture?
For the past 60 years, 12 pupils of the 1952 5th Oxford form at the old Waverley School in Plumstead have been getting together, each taking turns to play hostess at a reunion.
Members travel from as far afield as Spain and France.
But the ladies are keen to meet up with other former class mates who they lost touch with over the years – many of whom appear in this hockey team photo.
Organiser Sheila Stevens, aged 75, who now lives in Colchester, explained: “Our form mistress started them soon after we left school since she was interested in learning about our chosen career paths.
“In those days it was much easier to get a job.”
This year’s event takes place on May 19 at the Thistle Hotel in Brands Hatch from noon.
