Nominations open for Paralympic Games Torch relay
PEOPLE are invited to nominate an inspirational team to carry the Paralympic Games flame.
BT is looking for a group of five people, who have made a difference to their community, to take part in the Paralympic Games Torch relay.
Sevenoaks District Council’s cabinet member for leisure, Councillor Pat Bosley, said: "If residents know of inspirational teams who deserve a moment to shine by carrying the Paralympic Flame, I urge them to get in contact and nominate them for this once in a lifetime opportunity."
Nominators and torchbearers must be at least 12 years old.
Entries must be submitted by midnight on January 20.
