CELEBRATING 40 years of Andrew Lloyd-Webber and Tim Rice's hit musical Jesus Christ Superstar, the West Wickham Operatic Society will be bringing their brilliant adaptation to The Churchill Theatre in Bromley next month.
Premiering on Broadway in 1971, this musical of Biblical proportions has been stunning crowds for four decades with its sensational score, re-telling St John’s account of the last week of Jesus’ life.
Running at the High Street theatre from November 15 to November 19, the show features classic songs including Hosanna, Gethsemane, Everything’s Alright and I Don’t Know How To Love Him.
