TWO teenagers were surrounded by youths who punched and kicked them before taking a mobile phone.
The two white boys, aged 15, were listening to music on a Sony Ericsson phone as they walked through Tavy Bridge, Thamesmead.
They were surrounded by five black youths aged around 16, who were wearing scarves or bandannas to hide their faces.
The victims suffered bruises to their faces, legs and stomachs but did not need hospital treatment.
One attacker wore a dark coloured Nike top, three-quarter length shorts and has an earring in his left ear.
The others wore a black jacket and black scarf; a black jacket and white scarf; a red jacket and scarf and a dark- coloured jacket and scarf.
The incident occurred at just after 9pm on August 22.
