An 18-YEAR-OLD man has avoided jail after pleading guilty to burglary.
Tom Gardner, of Chestnut Road, Dartford, was sentenced on August 9 to 120 days in prison, suspended for 12 months at Dartford and Gravesham Combined Magistrates' Court.
He was also given a 12 month supervision order and must attend regular appointments with the probation service.
Between June 12 and June 13 Gardener entered as a trespasser to a building in Dartford and stole property.
He admitted 20 other offences, which were taken into consideration.
