A CHARITY which offers a sheltered workshop environment to adults with mental health problems has gone into the green business.
Re-Instate, based in West Street, Erith, has launched its own green compost bins, under the name Be-Green.
The wooden bins are made from discarded and broken pallets and other unwanted wood, collected by Re-Instate from local firms, who are happy to pay someone to take away their “ unusable waste”.
They have a capacity of 1,000 litres, and cost £20 if they are collected in flat-pack form from Re-Instate; £25 if the flat pack is delivered within a 10-mile distance and £30 if delivered and installed.
Re-Instate offers a range of goods and services, from mailings to packing, from labelling to hand finishing for local businesses. To buy a bin, get rid of unwanted pallets or to find out more about Re-instate, call John Boyd on 01322 438155.
