A FAMILY-run company has kept up its 15-year tradition of making sure local children in hospital over Christmas do not go short of toys and games.

Nico Office Ltd, an office supplies business based in Maiden Lane, Crayford, collects and recycles toner and ink cartridges from its customers, to raise the cash.

It uses the money to buy toys at Christmas and Easter eggs every year, as well as some extras such as televisions and DVDs for local hospitals’ children’s wards.

This year the Hori family, which owns the company, dropped in on Queen Mary’s Hospital, Sidcup, and Darent Valley Hospital in Dartford, to deliver their Christmas cheer.
