FOUR women arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice in connection with the murder of Moses Nteyoho on 30 October last year, have been charged.

They are Maria Abdullali Mohamed, aged 35, Fardowsa Adam, aged 44 and Suleqo al Mohamed, aged 33, all from Woolwich, and Khadra Mohamed Abdi, aged 52, from Catford.

The women, all currently on police bail, will appear at Greenwich Magistrates' Court on Friday (November 5), charged with assisting an offender and perverting the course of justice.

Osman Amin, aged17, Ahmed Ghele, aged 17, Liban Ali, aged 16, and Burhan Yusuf, aged 17, all from Woolwich, were found guilty in July of murdering Mr Nteyoho, 22, in Tavy Bridge Thamesmead, in an attack which lasted just 90 seconds.

They were each given life sentences with Amin, Ali and Ghele told they would be locked up for at least 14 years, while Yusuf was given a minimum term of 12 years.

Mr Nteyoho of Chalcombe Road, Abbey Wood, was stabbed 11 times and died at the scene from a stab wound to the heart.

He had been walking through Tavy Bridge when he and a friend were chased by the teenagers who were armed with a knife and a hammer.

The gang had arrived in a taxi and left again after the killing in the same taxi, 90 seconds later.
