ROCKER Keith Richards is set to return to the screen in the latest Pirates of the Caribbean film.
The Rolling Stones guitarist, who lives in Dartford, played Johnny Depp's father in the last film, Pirates of the Caribbean At World's End.
His casting followed claims that Johnny Depp based his character, Captain Jack Sparrow, on the rocker himself, after befriending the star’s son.
Mr Richards will reprise the role of Captain Teague in Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, which is currently filming in London, according to Reuters.
The Disney film is set for release in May next year and will also feature Penélope Cruz and Geoffrey Rush.
Mr Richards' new book, 'Life' is out on October 26.
