The crash happened in The Avenue, West Wickham on Friday
A CAR crashed into a lamppost in West Wickham after the driver suffered a heart attack at the wheel.
The Citroen Panel van hit the lamppost in The Avenue at 2.25pm on Friday.
The driver, a man in his mid 50s, was taken to King's College Hospital in Camberwell where he remains in a stable condition.
