A RECRUITMENT drive has been launched to find 170 people to help carry out a census.
The Office for National Statistics (ONS) is looking for around 170 people from Bromley to take on full and part time jobs doing the national census, which takes place on March 27 next year.
Recruits will work in the local community and their duties will include helping people complete the census questionnaire and collecting questionnaires from homes.
ONS Census Director Glen Watson said: “The census is not just about counting people, the information it provides is needed to plan vital services like schools, hospitals, housing, roads and emergency services.”
