480 cannabis plants were found at the Eltham address
POLICE have seized 480 cannabis plants from an address in Eltham.
Officers recently searched a property in Chapel Road after an irregular heat source was detected in the loft area.
An advanced drug cultivation process was found which included an automatic water system.
Sergeant Chris Hayward of the New Eltham safer neighbourhoods team, which found the plants, said: “Our residents have made targeting drug related crime a ward priority.
"By seizing such a substantial amount of cannabis we have severely disrupted drug dealing within the area."
