Diane Murphy, of Lily of the Valley, Roundways, Biggin Hill, has been nominated by customer Margaret Day.
Mrs Day, of Swievelands Road, Biggin Hill, nominated her after she provided the flowers for her daughter Karen's wedding three years ago.
She said: "We couldn't have asked for anything better. She really personalises her service to the people of the community."
Ms Murphy says she is delighted with the nomination.
She said: "It's very nice one of my customers thinks that. We rely on word of mouth and regular customers and recommendations."
The 51-year-old got into floristry after being made redundant in her 30s.
After studying the art, she started a flower stall in the car park of the Fox and Hounds pub in Main Road, Biggin Hill.
