Rose Wickenden was among 13 nominators who put forward mother and daughter team Terri and Rachel Patterson of Davis's in Penge.
Terri Patterson started working at the florist at the age of 14 and her daughter Rachel is the granddaughter of Peggy Davis, who founded the shop.
Mrs Wickenden, of Hawthorn Grove, Penge, who has been a customer for 20 years, said: "I always buy my bouquets from there.
"They are very friendly. Everyone knows them."
Terri, 51, said: "I think it's so nice. We've got a good rapport with our customers."
