ELECTED: Bromley Council leader Councillor Stephen Carr has been elected deputy leader of the Conservative group at the Association of London Government (ALG). The ALG represents all 32 London boroughs and the City of London and lobbies central government for resources and powers for local government. It also operates the Freedom Pass and the London Borough's grant scheme.

FLASHER: Police received a call a female was showing her breasts to passers-by outside the Anchor and Hope pub, in Orpington High Street, at 1.36pm on May 26. The call said the female had then been hit by a mobile library van. Police arrived at the scene at 1.37pm but found no trace of anyone injured or the van.
