Cheltenham Council has really got me jumping up and down in fury this week.
Who does it think it is to be banning its cabbies from flying the English flag in support of the World Cup?
A bunch of morons must be running that council.
Nigel Demby, the licensing services manager, sounds a right twerp.
He said: "People must ask for permission if they want to put something out of the ordinary on show."
Shove off I say.
It makes me so mad these small-minded bureaucratic numbskulls are allowed to make decisions like this.
