"Calm and supportive" were the words used to describe nurse Tracey Eves, a nurse at the Princess Royal Hospital, in Farnborough.
Mrs Eves, who is a nurse in the hospital's early pregnancy diagnostic unit, was nominated as one of Bromley's Best by Dinah Woodgate.
Mrs Woodgate, of Sefton Road, Orpington, said: "Tracey has helped me through three pregnancy losses and one healthy delivery.
"She is calm and supportive and even offers an out of hours support group for her patients. She is one in a million."
Mrs Eves, aged 47, said: "I've wanted to be a nurse since I was a little girl. Working in this department means I have to provide a lot of emotional as well as medical support."
The mother-of-two added: "It is absolutely brilliant to be nominated and to know someone thinks I stand out from the rest."
