Specialist practice nurse Debbie Hawkin has been nominated as one of Bromley's Best by Wendy Lyall.
Mrs Lyall, of Ravensbourne Avenue, Shortlands, said: "Debbie is a very caring and helpful nurse and above all she listens to patients' problems."
Mrs Hawkin, aged 42, has worked at the GP surgery at Kinnaird House, in London Lane, Bromley since 1994, and has been nursing since 1982.
The mother-of-two said: "I'm a bit taken aback and it's a bit of a shock to be nominated but it is quite nice.
"In this job you're always on the go, so it's good to hear you're doing a good job."
