CREATIVE children and professional artists have teamed up to transform a community garden.
The garden at the Triangle Community Centre, Armitage Road, Greenwich, has been revamped thanks to £700 of donations.
Children from the area helped plant bulbs and other flowers in the garden.
Professional graffiti artists helped design and paint a mural outside the community centre.
Centre manager Susan Reynolds now hopes to turn part of the garden into a planting patch for fruit and vegetables.
She said: "The garden looks absolutely lovely. We hope it will encourage more young people to get into gardening."
The garden will be opened by Greenwich mayor Councillor Paul Tyler on March 30.
