THE first session of an informal group to enable parents and carers of disabled youngsters to get together takes place tomorrow in Thamesmead.
The sessions have been organised by Bexley SNAP, (Special Needs Access to Provision) a parent-led support group with backing from Bexley Council's Areas of Opportunity programme.
Anyone caring for a disabled child or young person can get together, socialise and get easy access to information and support at the sessions.
The first session is being held at Emmanuel Church, Yarnton Way, Thamesmead, from 1pm to 3pm.
For more information about the Thamesmead group or Bexley SNAP, call Wendy Morris on 020 8311 6777.
