THE hunt is on to find this year's Sidcup Festival queen and her two princesses.

This year's festival is being held in the town centre on May 27 and promises a street market, live music and children's entertainers.

Festival queen hopefuls must be aged 15 or over, live in Bexley, be available on the day and agree to photographs being used for publicity.

The same rules apply to the princesses, who should be aged between seven and 15.

Photographs for the panel of judges to choose the winners will be taken for free and applicants can pick which of their photos is submitted to the judges.

To apply, call Kent Photonews on 020 8300 8145 to arrange for photos to be taken.

The festival is being jointly organised by Sidcup Town Partnership and Sidcup High Street Promotions Group.

Anyone who would like to help or take part can call Bob Griffiths on 020 8300 8145.
