WOMEN enjoyed getting fit as part of celebrations for International Women's Week.
Celebrations took place across Lewisham from March 4 to March 11.
The borough played host to a number of music and arts events last week including a performance of Vagina Monologues at Goldsmith's College, New Cross.
Lewisham Council held a Well-Being for Women day on March 8 at The Civic Suite, Catford, which was packed with activities such as line dancing and yoga.
Committee chairman Councillor Pauline Morrison said: "I've been delighted to see so many different community groups contributing to the week. It's a real chance for women throughout Lewisham to come together and enjoy activities just for themselves."
