FOLLOW the actors from room to room in an intimate drama staged in a private home. Cutting-edge theatre company London Bubble has devised a new play, entitled My Home, which is touring houses and flats in London. The play is coming to a home in Sidcup at the end of the month.
My Home tells the stories of Londoners born outside the UK. To create the text, the company gathered testimonies from people in the capital's Polish, Somali, Kurdish and Vietnamese communities.
The company says using real homes as a venue gives the production a context and atmosphere not possible in a traditional theatre.
March 30 to April 2, My Home, Sidcup, £10/£6 concs. Call the box office on 020 7237 1663 for tickets, times and venue details.
