The plan requests a change of use from printing works to a mail distribution centre. Bromley Council's planning sub-committee will consider the application.

FLAT PLAN: Oracle Homes Ltd has applied to demolish The Clock House pub and petrol station in Beckenham Road, Beckenham.

The firm proposes to build two three/four-storey buildings containing 56 flats, plus a retail unit, 54 parking spaces, a service bay and an electricity substation.

Bromley Council's planning sub-committee meets tomorrow to discuss the application.
