AN AUCTION will be held to raise funds for a £1.5m church redevelopment project.
Emmanuel Baptist Church, Windmill Street, Gravesend, is holding the auction on March 25. It will open for viewing at 6pm before the auction starts at 7pm.
All the lots on offer are new and were donated by businesses in the area.
Items on offer include a bike, watches, a Chinese meal, leisure centre passes, bowling games and a hand-made bird table.
The redevelopment project involves gutting the existing building and constructing a cafe, offices and a new church area.
Cash and cheques will be accepted on the evening.
