Youngsters put on a display of Thai martial arts, Muay Thai boxing, to showcase the skills they learnt in a Government programme.

Positive Activities for Young People (PAYP) is a Government initiative, working in partnership with Connexions South London, aimed at children who are at risk of offending or social exclusion.

The combined programmes provide support, guidance and opportunities for young people to fulfill their true potential in education, training and employment.

The event, on February 17, saw 20 Bromley children demonstrating skills to an audience of their peers and dignataries including members of Bromley Council and the fire brigade in the player's lounge at Crystal Palace Football Club, Whitehorse Lane, Bromley.
