HISTORY buffs will be in their element when the eighth Bexley history fair hits town.
Whether it is local or history of a more personal kind you are interested in, the fair at Hall Place, Bourne Road, Bexley, will provide a wealth of information.
More than 25 organisations, each involved in different aspects of local and family history, will have stalls at the event.
There will also be talks and displays, including the Victorian Homes exhibition and a display of photographs of Danson House in the 19th Century.
People will be able to get expert advice on how to research their family tree and the history of their house, browse bookstands and see demonstrations of genealogical websites and software.
The free fair is open from 10am until 4pm on Saturday and has been organised by Bexley Local Studies and Archive Centre and Bexley Heritage Trust.
