Wimbledon continue their preparations for the new season by taking part in the four-team Portsmouth Centenary tournament on Saturday and Sunday.

The Dons are expected to choose from a full first-team squad for their two matches.

Welsh international midfielder Ceri Hughes could be in line for a return after a knee operation.

And Efan Ekoku, who is recovering from an ankle injury, is likely to figure in this weekend's tournament after playing 45 minutes of a 1-1 friendly draw with Lillestrom in Norway.

Marcus Gayle scored Wimbledon's goal and former Liverpool wide man Mark Kennedy was in superb form.

Joe Kinnear's team face FC Souchaux, who were promoted to the French First Division last season, in the second semi-final at Fratton Park on Saturday.

The match will kick off at 3.30pm, follow the completion of host club Portsmouth's match with top Italian side Genoa.

The weekend will provide an early test of Wimbledon's fitness with the final and third place play-off taking place the following day.

Admission is £10 for each day's action (concessions £5).

Dons striker Andy Clarke could be set to leave the club after seven years, with Peterborough United manager Barry Fry keen to sign him.
