Two goals up within an hour and Palace were cruising against Division one rivals Wolverhamptom Wanderers.

That was until two soft goals from former Spurs star Steve Sedgley pegged them back.

Sasa Curic however provided the killer goal and three valuable points were in the bag.

Boss Terry venables said:" We made it hard for ourselves. We can't expect it to be easy for the whole 90 minutes.

"But we played good football."

Palace are now in eight place in the First Division with 20 points from 12 games.

Palace's early form was excellent, biut they failed to find the net until five minutes from half time.

Moore tucked the ball away from Chinese defender Fan's header from a Rizzo corner.

Palace even missed a penalty when Lombardo was saved by Stowell on 52 minutes.

Goal number two came from the resulting corner.

Substitute Sagi Burton headed in expertly.

Then back came Wolves until Curic's stunning 20 yarder sis minutes from time

This is Palace's fifth succesive home win.
