Hot Stuff is the story of Joe Soap, who is young, happy and heading nowhere, in love with his girlfriend and contented with his lot.

But danger is at hand in the form of a lustful temptress. When Lucy Fur offers Joe the opportunity to exchange his soul for fame and riches he has to choose between love and success.

Will he opt for a safe life or will he risk it all for the glamour promised by Lucy?

Hot Stuff is the Faustus story set beneath a mirror ball and retold in classic 70s songs including Dancing Queen, I Will Survive, Wuthering Heights, Space Oddity, Spirit In The Sky and many more. The show stars the irrepressible Ceri Dupree, one of the country's leading female impersonator as Lucy Fur.

The lure of Lucy Fur tempted Ceri back from the sunny climes of South Africa where he was enjoying a sell out season on the cabaret circuit.

Hot Stuff hasn't just jumped on the 70s revival band wagon, but was actually one of the original retro influenced musicals which was premiered six years ago.

q The show opens at the New Victoria Theatre, Woking, on July 17. Box office on 01483 761144.
