Billie Piper is quitting as a pop star, it was claimed today.
The new Mrs Chris Evans, 18, was supposed to be recording her third album for Innocent, an offshoot of Virgin.
But the teenager's had enough - and the record label has agreed to shelve plans for the new album after secret talks, the Daily Mail said.
A source told the paper: "She has said that she has given her pound of flesh to the record people.
"She has told Virgin that they have had the benefit of her growing up years and she doesn't want to give them any more.
"She wants to move on. She is retiring as a pop star."
Piper wed Evans, 35, in Las Vegas in May.
