I was so glad when Labour came to power. My husband and I thought life would be better and most of all transport would be sorted out more fairly. How wrong we were.

The poor motorist is treated like a criminal. Local councils make it almost impossible for people travelling to town to park so they can rake in millions in parking fees.

The trains are a disgrace, worse than when I was young!

We invested in Railtrack to help with our pension thinking it would help the railways too.

The Government has just taken it over, stealing our pension and kicking us out.

Who does Steven Byers think is going to invest in any future railway programme?

Not us nor thousands like us. It will be a bigger blacker hole than ever. We should kick him out fast! We need a new government with a small majority which has to care about all people.
