My concern is about a young man who sits all day and every day in the forecourt of Elmers End train and tram station. This lad, aged about 16-17 just sits with head bowed and unseeing eyes and doesn't move an inch.
Just sits there with hands clasped starring at the ground, he's been there months on end. This just cannot be right! I imagine that hundreds of people must have contacted someone but as he is still there everyday, I guess that nothing so far has been done.
Winter is here and he looks colder by the day. He obviously has some sort of mental block, and really, really needs assistance.
Can you bring this to the attention of someone in authority in this field - please!
