Building is due to start early in the New Year on a £1.8m training centre at Uxbridge College.
The Community Hospitality and Training Leisure Centre will be an extension of the Hayes Community Campus and will be fully equipped with a fitness room, gym, restaurant, and hairdressing and beauty therapy rooms.
The work is expected to be completed in August.
