Billy, a much-loved white fronted Capuchin monkey, was put to sleep recently at Brent Lodge Animal Centre in Church Road, Hanwell, following rapid deterioration in his health. Billy, 38 when he died, arrived at Brent Lodge in 1977 and is part of a species no longer bred in UK zoos.
