A second inquest into the death of a schizophrenic man from Putney, who died in a Lambeth care home, opened on Monday at West London Coroners' Court, Fulham. Julian Hegarty, who was paralysed after a fall in 1996, choked on his own vomit at the Havelock Court nursing home in February 1998.
