WITH reference to your report, The Royal Fail (Walthamstow Guardian, last week), I would agree that the sorting office does appear to be in disarray.
I posted a repeat prescription to a doctor's surgery on Friday, October 19, at a post box in Wood Street, Walthamstow. It had not been received when I went to pick it up a week later.
I was issued with a replacement on the spot. It is, however, most annoying because it looks like you are lying when you tell someone that you posted it but they never received it.
