England internationals Rachel Yankey and Katie Chapman scored the goals which gave Fulham their first FA Cup final victory on Monday 2-1 over Doncaster Belles.
Afterwards, delighted manager Gaute Haugenes whose team have also lifted the National League South Division title, the League Cup and the London County Cup this season praised the contribution of chairman Mohammed Al Fayed to the team's success.
Mr Al Fayed was at Selhurst Park to see captain Marianne Pettersen, playing her last game for the club, lift the cup and Haugenes said: "The chairman was a happy man.
"He is seeing the results of what he has put into the team. We have access to top facilities and an understanding on all levels of the club that the women's game really matters.
"Fulham is the best place to be in women's football in the world and I wouldn't swap it."
