THE promising career of Liam Shinkwin scaled new heights last week after he won a silver medal at the Junior International tournament in Michigan, USA.
The 16-year-old, one of 11 boys representing Young England, claimed second spot in his first international appearance in the Under-60kg category after three bouts in successive days.
